The Willows at Rudy Park is a new mixed-income rental community situated on the former site of Sheffield Park complex that dated back to the 1970s. As part of a collaboration with the Elkton Housing Authority and the Maryland DHCD, Ingerman has constructed a new community on the 7 acre site that offers 68 rentals across 8 buildings. Additionally, there is a community building with management offices and a resident lounge, a playground and ample parking spaces.
