The Willows at Salisbury is an affordable family rental community located in the tranquil suburbs of southeast Salisbury, Maryland. The community features a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartment and townhouse rentals across a picturesque 15-acre site. The rentals include private entrances, modern fully-equipped kitchens, central air, patios/balconies, extra storage, great views and a variety of spacious floorplans. The community offers residents a clubhouse, playground, off-street parking, lots of green space, laundry facilities, on-site management and maintenance.
Because The Willows at Salisbury participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
