Providence Court is a 5 story high rise, with a community room and coin-operated laundry facility. A two-story annex contains 12 additional units. Fabulous mountain view from the glassed sun room. The building was originally Saint Luke's hospital, renovated in 1981 to elderly/disabled apartments.This development has porches, elevators, and tenant's garden. Utilities are included.
On-site support is offered by Elder Services of the Berkshires. The pair of buildings have parking lots, and are on the bus line. There is a coin-operated laundry facility. Providence Court has handicapped-accessible units, and Congregate living, which is a shared living room, dining and kitchen setting.
