Whispering Willows Co-op Apartments does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. Whispering Willows is pet friendly. The pet has to be 20 lbs. or under, and there's no pet deposit.

Since this property was built using funding through HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is restricted to persons who earn 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less. Like other rental assistance programs like Section 8, resident's rents are based on their income and the tenant contribution is set at 30% of the tenants income.

Whispering Willows Co-op Senior Apartments receives rental subsidies through HUD's Project Based Section 8 program for some or all of its apartments. Some units may be designated as market rate housing.
You can make up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and be eligible for a Project Based Section 8 Program unit. Market rate units would have no subsidies or income restrictions.
