This waiting list is for the following properties:

Belle Haven Apartments- located at 400 South Chestnut Street Belle Plaine, MN or 415 South Meridian Street Belle Plaine, MN. Offering Efficiency, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom units.
Britland Apartments - located at 129 Chad Circle, Jordan, Minnesota. Offering 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

1 Person $68,500 | 5 Persons $105,650
2 Persons $78,250 | 6 Persons $113,450
3 Persons $88,050 |
4 Persons $97,800 |
