As was common with many buildings built in the 1970s (especially affordable housing buildings), Pine Cliff was created with inexpensive materials that needed replacement. Aeon transformed a run-down property into safe, quality homes. The design incorporated well-lit common spaces and windows overlooking the street and parking lot.
