Country Ridge Residences is a 100 unit mixed tax credit and market rate apartment community located two miles west of US Highway 65 in Branson, Missouri. Country Ridge, built in 2007 offers all the amenities you could ever need, our community features lush landscaping, onsite laundry, indoor mailboxes, clubhouse, sparkling swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, basketball court and picnic areas with BBQ grills.

All our apartments feature energy efficient central heat and A/C, private entrances, private patio or balcony, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher and double sinks with disposal; plus full-size washer/dryer hookups in the hallway closet. In addition, our two bedroom apartments feature two generous bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and a large family bathroom. While our three bedroom apartments feature a large master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom and double bi-fold closets in addition to two bedroom features. Key Management takes care of landscaping and trash collection while offering 24/7 emergency maintenance for your peace of mind, starting from just $470 per month.

Dave's Thoughts On Country Ridge Residences

Because Country Ridge Residences participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. For a HOME project of this size, some of the units are set aside for households at or below 50% AMI with a corresponding lower rent cap. As this property appears not to have a project-based subsidy or any other Federal assistance, you likely will have to pay your own rent, albeit, at a lower rent amount thanks to the HOME and LIHTC programs. Since this property participates in the HOME and LIHTC programs, the property is required to accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
