How to Apply: Applications are being accepted in person at the Woodbridge Housing Authority office located at 401 Meredith Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Located at 460 Inman Avenue in Colonia, Greiner Towers is conveniently located next to a shopping center, which includes Walgreens and Foodtown, and across the street from the Colonia Fire House. Every year, St. John Vianney Catholic Church, located within walking distance and directly next door to Greiner Towers, hosts an annual festival with good food, games, rides and other festivities entire families can enjoy.
