Vineland Housing Authority Waiting List

The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) Public Housing waiting list for 0, 1, 4, 5 and 6-Bedroom apartments is currently open.

The VHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

Print the paper application available here. Select the "Download PDF Application to Apply for Public Housing" link.
Pick up an application from the VHA office, located at 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360, Monday though Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Vineland Administrative Offices, 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Vineland Resident
Working in Vineland
Elderly/Disabled
Displaced by Natural Disaster
Displaced by Government Action
Veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
