Apartment interiors feature wide plank hardwood flooring, nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a washer/dryer. The property has over 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including terraces, barbecue areas, a fitness center, children’s playroom and party room. Astoria’s NYC Ferry landing is a short walk away and residents also have access to a shuttle service with direct connections to nearby subway stops and shopping destinations. Citi Bike and and several bus routes are in the immediate area, too. Designed by Dattner Architects, the building’s two towers rise to 17 and 22 floors and the structure is part of an overall multi-building development that will include new retail and a waterfront park.
