We have 2 communities known as Tilghman Square I and Tilghman II Apartments located conveniently from Downtown Dunn and less than 1 mile off I-95 at Exit 75. We offer affordable, comfortable living for the elderly and disabled. Amenities include electric range, refrigerator, mini-blinds, central heat and air, carpet and tile floors, emergency call bell, inside coin operated laundry facilities, community room, sidewalks throughout. The entry doors are locked at all times for the residents' safety. There is a small patio area at each apartment. ***** At this present time of posting, we do have 1 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom apartment available at Tilghman Square with no waiting list and at Tilghman II, we have 1-bedrooms available***** Rental assistance is available and rent is based on income. A security deposit is required as well. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
