Tomlinson Hill Apartments is designed specifically for the elderly, 62 years of age or older or handicapped. The one-level apartments have baths equipped with handrails and each unit has an emergency alarm system. The apartments are designed for privacy, convenience, easy maintenance. Each dwelling is well insulated and utilizes an energy saving heat pump.
The complex is located close to restaurants, grocery stores, and historical sites. Craft classes, book studies, and birthday celebrations are just some of the activities that are on-going in the Community Room. A weekly schedule of events is posted at the office.

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes.
