Pine Tree Vistas

Pine Tree Vistas is a completely accessible, affordable apartment community in Parma. Operated by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), Pine Tree Vistas is a four-story building with 40 units, half of which are two-bedrooms. The first floor features a lobby, community room, and laundry. There is also a trash room on each floor. This community is designed for independent living; MAHO does not provide meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response services, shopping, housekeeping, furnishings, etc. The tenant, either alone or with assistance, is responsible for obtaining these and any other needed services. There is a verification of physical mobility disability through our application process. Rent is subsidized through HUD and income limits apply. Call for more information.
