Each spacious floor plan will include modern amenities you would expect to find in a luxury home, at affordable rental rates: a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and full-size washer/dryer connections! The common space will provide comforts of contemporary living which include computer workstations and a community room with a kitchenette where residents can enjoy the companionship of friends and family; there will also be a picnic area and grill to enjoy the outdoors of Secor Senior Lofts.
Because Secor Senior Lofts participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
