Welcome to Providence Dethman House. Our recently-renovated apartment building is built especially for seniors (62 years and older) and younger adults with disabilities. We're conveniently located between downtown Hood River and The Heights.
Our building is named for the family of Frank and Anna Dethman, longtime members of the Hood River community and owners of Dethman Orchards, a commercial pear farm. The Dethman family generously contributed to the construction of Dethman House, making quality affordable housing available to those in need in our community.
Providence Dethman House is a high-quality, supportive housing program owned and managed by Providence Health and Services.
Providence Supportive Housing properties have a wait list of at least 12 months, and most have wait lists of 2 years or more. Some wait lists may be closed. Please check the Providence Supportive Housing website for more details.Last updated on April 17th, 2018
