Welcome to Providence Dethman House. Our recently-renovated apartment building is built especially for seniors (62 years and older) and younger adults with disabilities. We're conveniently located between downtown Hood River and The Heights.
Our building is named for the family of Frank and Anna Dethman, longtime members of the Hood River community and owners of Dethman Orchards, a commercial pear farm. The Dethman family generously contributed to the construction of Dethman House, making quality affordable housing available to those in need in our community.
Providence Dethman House is a high-quality, supportive housing program owned and managed by Providence Health and Services.
GETTINGSTARTED
Since Dethman Manor participates in the Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance program, your rent would be subsidized. You would not pay more than 30% of your income for rent.
