The HAWC last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 28, 2022, until October 6, 2022; or until applications exceeded 300 for each bedroom size.

Aloha Park: 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in Beaverton, Oregon
Bonita Villa: 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in Tigard, Oregon
The Ridge at Bull Mountain: 1 and 2 bedroom units in Tigard, Oregon
The Villager: 3 bedroom units in Forest Grove, Oregon

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

Complete the online application.
Pick up the paper application from the HAWC lobby.

Once the application was completed, it was returned to the HAWC during normal office hours or drop box.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

Extremely Low-Income households.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
