Oak Grove Gardens in Lock Haven, PA is a Federally Subsidized Housing Community designed and financed for persons 62 years of age or older and handicapped persons regardless of age. We offer 1-bedroom ground floor and 1-bedroom second floor apartments (w/stairs) for eligible elderly (62 and over) and handicapped/disabled persons (18 and over). Our community offers an abundance of modern amenities and community wide features including laundry facilities, a community room, and so much more. Kitchens have modern appliances including a refrigerator and garbage disposal. Plus, water, sewer, and trash utilities are included.Cats and dogs are allowed with a $200 deposit.
