The Lofts are comprised of 35 one-bedroom units, and 8 two-bedroom units. 18 of the units have special accessibility features, including eight specifically designed for residents with sight and hearing impairments. The building is on the busy Forbes-Fifth transit corridor, providing easy access to multiple modes of transportation.
Because Mackey Lofts participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
