Please pay to the order of the: Harlingen Housing Authority, sign and add your apartment number on the check or money order, make sure your name and apartment number are visible. A receipt will be sent to you. We would like to ensure that all residents stay safe and protect themselves from COVID-19.

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
