We also have two and three bedroom market rate units. Two bedroom rents starts at $1,100 and three bedroom at $1,250 for these market units. The Station at Pleasant View provides a qualify of life unmatched by any other affordable housing community in the Weber County area.
Because The Station at Pleasant View participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
