26 units are located on a beautiful meadowed and wooded seven acre site on Handle Road across the road from the Mt. Snow ski resort. There are twenty two 1-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units. Community spaces include a living room and gas fireplace, library, dining room with community kitchen, and laundry facilities on each floor. Below ground parking available.
Must be at least 62 years of age or disabled/handicapped (regardless of age) to qualify. Income limits do apply.

Because it participates in the USDA Section 515 Rural Rental Housing program, Butterfield Senior Housing is likely located in a rural community and may be one of only a few rental housing choices in the area.
