Our affordable guidelines are:

• For one person living in one unit, combined Gross Annual Income cannot exceed $35,580;
• For two people (children included) living in one unit, combined GAI cannot exceed $40,620;
• For three people (children included) living in one unit, combined GAI cannot exceed $45,720;
• For four people (children included) living in one unit, combined GAI cannot exceed $50,760.

1BR/1BA bedroom units rent for $921/month;

2BA/2BA bedroom units rent for $1095/month;

3BR/2BA bedroom units rent for $1256/month.

*The Affordable Program is not available to a household comprised of all full-time students.

*Full-time student status applies to those with full time student status during 5 months of the calendar year.

*Applicants must have sufficient income so that their rent does not exceed 40% of the combined gross household income.

*The Affordable Program application takes 3-4 weeks to process before approval.
