Gateway Village is a beautiful 42 unit apartment community tucked on a hillside in Rich Creek, Virginia. Our garden apartment buildings are brick faced and each contains eight apartments with four upstairs and four downstairs.

Our apartment community was renovated in 2005 and all appliances and heat and air conditioning systems were updated.

The property has very high efficiency heat and air conditioning units as well as Energy Star appliances and windows that significantly reduces residents utility costs.

However, this property also participates in the LIHTC 20/50 program, so most or all units in the property are likely limited to persons earning 50% of AMI. Since this property also participates in USDA's Section 521 Rental Assistance program, residents who earn 50% of the AMI or less may qualify for a subsidy that limits your rent payment to 30% of your income.
