Thank you for your interest in Hawk’s Landing !!! We are excited to open the newest, affordable housing community in Ruckersville, VA. We are taking applications in-person at Lily Ridge Apartments leasing office which is located at 90 Lily Ridge Drive, Ruckersville, VA. The phone number is # 434-939-9197.
When you are ready to hold your spot on the waitlist, please bring a $25 money order along with a valid photo ID and social security card with you in order to apply in person or via mail/USPS.
Priority preference will be given to those that are veterans, currently serving in the military or National Guard.
The building offers 50 apartment homes comprised of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. There will be an elevator in the building along with a business center and laundry care center.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program in Ruckersville but actual income limits may differ for units at Hawk's Landing.
