Silvercrest is a secure access building, conveniently located north of Bremerton. It's close to the Kitsap Mall, Target, shopping areas, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and medical facilities. There is access to bus stops, right in front of the property. All one-bedroom units include paid washer, sewer, garbage and electricity along with a balcony or patio.

The property participates in the USDA Rural Development Rental Assistance program.
