Borg Corporation, this beautiful historic factory was designed by Holsman & Holsman Architects (Chicago) in 1943. The Borg Corporation played a major role in World War II by producing ammunition components including fuzes, sights and similar instruments. Today, the buildings are being converted into high-tech, high-style loft apartments with original details including exposed timbers, larger factory windows and great ceiling heights.
