Heritage Cottages has many amenities and offers spacious 1 and 2-bedroom single-story garden/cottage design apartment homes with private entry, screened patio area and attached single vehicle garages.The apartments have off-peak electric in-floor radiant heat with individual controls for heating and cooling. The garden/cottages are in an eight and four-plex design with beautiful, irrigated, landscaped yards. Take advantage of the spacious furnished community center with fireplace and separate billiard room and exercise area available for family or community functions. A business office with fax and copy machine is also available.
Because Heritage Cottages participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
