This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Rock Island, Illinois.

The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Cascade Garden from May 28, 2024, until July 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Displaced from an urban renewal area
  • Displaced by a disaster, such as a fire or flood that resulted in extensive damage or has destroyed the unit.
  • Displaced by an activity carried on by an agency of the United States or by any State or local government body or agency
  • A family which has at least one member that is disabled.
  • A family that has at least one member that has been a victim of domestic violence.
  • A family that has at least one member that is working a minimum of 20-hours per week.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.

There were two ways to apply wile the waitlist was open: 

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application.
