The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) Affordable Market Rate Housing waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 1, 2019, until September 9, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Affordable Market Rate Housing has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
