Everson Meadows Farm Labor Project-Based Waiting List opened on October 1, 2019 and will close on May 23, 2024.

The Bellingham and Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) Farm Labor waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Everson Meadows is currently open.

The BWCHA is accepting applications from the earliest confirmed date of October, 2019, until further notice.

According to the BWCHA, Everson Meadows is, "Located in Everson specifically for households who earn income through agricultural employment."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Disabled Set Aside
  • Disabled Household is an applicant family with at least one member who has a verifiable disability.
• Large Family Set Aside
  • Large Family Household is an applicant family with four or more members who are eligible for a three bedroom unit.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
