The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) waiting list for Market Rate Rentals apartments at various communities is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least December, 2019, until further notice.
To apply, visit the Now Renting page here, scroll down to the "Market Rate Rentals" section, and select the link for a listed community. Information on who to contact for an appointment will be provided on the community page.

Market Rate Rentals has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
Market Rate Rentals Project-Based Waiting List is managed by Boulder Housing Partners.
