The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) last accepted waiting list applications for The Crossings Apartment from the earliest confirmed date of June 29, 2021, until the earliest confirmed close date of October 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
