The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Disaster Victims waiting list is currently open, since at least December 11, 2018, until further notice.

Disaster Victims has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
