The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) waiting list for Project Based apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April, 2018, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, complete the online application, and select the box for an open waiting list in the "HCVP Site-Based Project-Based" section.

Project Based has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
