The East Orange Housing Authority (EOHA) last accepted Near Elderly and Homeless, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for Halsted Plaza Senior Residence Apartments from April 22, 2024 until April 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

  2. Pick up application in person at the EOHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was hand delivered to the Management Office.
