The Fairfield Housing Authority (FHA) Tenant Based Rental Assistance waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day in August, 2018; and before that for one day in July, 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
This waiting list had the following preferences: Those Terminated from Assistance Due to Lack of Funding, Persons Who Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, The Elderly, Persons with Disabilities,Working/Employed and Veterans.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Tenant Based Rental Assistance has preferences for: Elderly, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action, Disabled, Terminated from Assistance Due to Lack of Funding. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
