  3. Call the HACJS.
  4. Send an email to the HACSJ.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

  1. Postmarked by September 16, 2022, and mailed to the HACSJ.
  2. Dropped off at the HACSJ.
  3. Emailed to the HACSJ.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
