Elmcrest Apartments and St. Francis Senior Housing has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
