  • 1 Person $28,100 | 5 Persons $43,350
  • 2 Persons $32,100 | 6 Persons $46,550
  • 3 Persons $36,100 | 7 Persons $49,750
  • 4 Persons $40,100 | 8 Persons $52,950

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:
