Seneca Apartments Senior and Disabled Waiting List is Closed as of December 2025. The waiting list was last open in February 2025 and remains closed.

The Geneva Housing Authority (GHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Seneca Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least April 2021, until further notice.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Call the GHA to request an application by mail.
3. Pick up an application from the GHA.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the GHA.
2. Faxed to the GHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
