The Calvert County Housing Authority (CCHA) waiting list for Senior (62+) and Disabled apartments at Calvert Pines I Senior Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.
According to the CCHA, Calvert Pines I Senior Apartments is, "located in Prince Frederick; 52 units; multi-story elevator building (age 62 and above or disabled)."
To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

Calvert Pines I Senior and Disabled has preferences for: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Working/Employed. Preferences are not required but Senior and Disabled applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
