The Housing Authority of McDonough County (HAMC) 62+ or Disabled waiting list for apartments at Fitch Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April, 2021, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the paper application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the HAMC office, located at 322 West Piper St, MaComb, IL 61455. Applicants must bring a photo ID with the application.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Fitch Manor 62+ or Disabled has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Senior and Disabled applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
