The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HASB) last accepted Workforce Housing units waiting list applications from May 1, 2023, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
Preferences have not been confirmed.
