The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HASB) last accepted Senior Housing – Unsubsidized waiting list applications from May 1, 2023, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the HACSB, "Eligible applicants must be at least 62 years old."
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
