The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) Family Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list for apartments at Heritage at Freetown and Heritage at Severn is currently open.
The HCAAC is accepting applications for this waiting list as of January, 2022, until further notice.

Family Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
