The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) Elderly Designated Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least February, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Elderly Designated Housing has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Senior applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
