The Housing Authority of Thurston County (HATC) last accepted Moderate-Rehabilitation waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments for Martin Terrace Apartments from November 27, 2023, until December 10, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen. This was the first time the waiting list has been open since January, 2020.

This waiting list was for the following property:

  • Martin Terrace, located in Lacey, WA. Offering 1 and 2-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Thurston County residents and to those who work in Thurston County
  • Families with minor or disabled adult children
  • Single Individuals who are pregnant
  • Single adults or couples who are age 50+
  • Single adults or couples who are disabled
  • Single individuals or couples who are victims of Domestic Violence or hate crimes
  • Single individuals or families who are experiencing homelessness

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

  • 1 person $35,900 | 5 persons $55,350
  • 2 persons $41,000 | 6 persons $59,450
  • 3 persons $46,150 | 7 persons $63,550
  • 4 persons $51,250 | 8 persons $67,650

200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
