The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, print the application that is online here. Select the "Download Application" button.
Once the application has been completed, call the MCHA office at (217) 532-3672, Ext: 221 or 229 to set up an appointment to submit the application. Applicants cannot mail in their pre-application. All adult (18+) members of the household must be present at the interview.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
