The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Neighborhood Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 18, 2021, until February 22, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MDHA:

  • "Neighborhood Housing consists of duplexes scattered across the city featuring one-, two-, three- and four-bedrooms."
  • "Anyone currently on the Neighborhood Housing waiting list will need to reapply."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
