Oneonta Heights Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List is Closed as of January 2026.

The Otsego Rural Housing Assistance (ORHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for from the earliest confirmed open date of March 7, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Oneonta Heights Senior Building - located in Oneonta, NY.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Mailed to Otsego Rural Housing Assistance.
2. Emailed to ORHA.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
